📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. If there are any delays, our team will contact you directly.

Once your order is ready for shipment, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Kindly allow up to 12 hours for tracking to become active as there may be a short delay between dispatch and the courier’s first scan.

Do I have to pay upfront?

Yes, pre-orders are paid in full at the time of ordering.

What if I change my mind?

No problem—if you change your mind, just email us at hello@lelueur.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll cancel and refund it. After that, your order is locked in so we can start preparing your kit just for you.

We’ll keep you posted via email and social media with behind-the-scenes updates and sneak peeks as we prepare your kits.
