How many kits are available?

We are releasing just 50 of each kit for pre-order, so once they're gone—they're gone!

When does the pre-order period start and end?

Pre-orders will be open for two weeks only. Don’t miss your chance to lock in the savings and bonus gifts.

When will my kit ship?

We expect to ship all pre-orders by mid-July. You’ll receive regular updates so you know exactly when your skincare is on its way.

Do I have to pay upfront?

Yes, pre-orders are paid in full at the time of ordering.

What if I change my mind?

No problem—if you change your mind, just email us at hello@lelueur.com.au within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll cancel and refund it. After that, your order is locked in so we can start preparing your kit just for you.

We’ll keep you posted via email and social media with behind-the-scenes updates and sneak peeks as we prepare your kits.
