Le Lueur Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on orders once they’ve been shipped — unless the items inside your parcel arrive damaged.
Damaged Items
Every product is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. However, in rare cases, items may be damaged in transit. If your products arrive damaged, please reach out to us at hello@lelueur.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
(Please note: outer packaging damage alone does not qualify for a refund if the product inside is intact.)
What Happens Next?
Once your claim is approved:
We’ll provide return instructions.
After your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm via email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Time Limit
We’re only able to accept damaged item claims made within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we can’t process claims made after this window.
