How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. For pre-orders, shipping times will be listed on the product page, usually within 2–4 weeks.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log in to your account to view your order status.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged on arrival. Please refer to our Refunds Policy for more details.

Can I cancel or change my order?

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it’s in stock. You’ll be among the first to receive it when it arrives. Payment is taken at checkout.

Absolutely! Each kit comes with a step-by-step guide on how to use the products in the correct order. We also share tips on Instagram and our blog.
